Shipping Policy – Long Island Merch

At Long Island Merch, all products are printed and shipped directly from our production partner, Ninja POD, to ensure premium quality and fast delivery. --For higher quality "premium athletic-fitting shirts" visit our parent brand Bubba Heat Apparel Co at BubbaHeat.com where all shirts are individually pressed and customized by hand, right here in our home. 

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving the production facility.

  • International Orders: May take 7–21 business days depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
